This data protection declaration explains the type, the handling and the purpose of processing personal data within our online offer and the website connected with these (hereinafter referred to as "online offer".

Cancellation of your Consent to Data Processing
Many data processing procedures are only possible with your express consent. You can cancel consent which you have already given at any time. For this an informal communication per email to us is sufficient. The legality of data processing carried out before the cancellation remains unaffected by the cancellation.


Right of Appeal to the Responsible Regulatory Authority
In the case of breaches of data protection laws the concerned party is entitled to a right of appeal to the responsible regulatory authority. The responsible regulatory authority for data protection issues is the Federal State Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information in the Federal State in which the company has its place of business.

Right of Data Portability
You have the right to have data which we are automatically processing on the basis of your consent or for the performance of a contract handed over to yourself or a third party in a conventional, machine-readable format. If you request a transmission of the data to another responsible person, this will only be carried out insofar as this is technically possible.

This online offer uses SSL- and/or TLS-encryption for security reasons and for safeguarding the transmission of confidential contents such as for example orders or inquiries which you send to us as operator. An encrypted connection is recognisable in that the address line in the browser changes from “http://” to “https:// and on the padlock icon in your browser address line. If the SSL- and/or TSL-encryption is activated, the data which your are transferring to us cannot be read by anyone else.

Information, Blocking, Deletion
Within the framework of statutory provisions you have the right at any time to free information about your stored personal data, their original and recipient and the purpose of the data processing and possibly a right to correction, blocking or deletion of these data. Objection to Advertising Mails
The utilisation of contact details publicised within the scope of general information requirements for the transmission of not specifically requested adverts and information material is hereby countermanded. The operators of the sites expressly reserve the right to take legal action in the case of unsolicited advertising material being mailed, such as by means of spam emails.


Data Collection in our Online Offer
We have concluded a corresponding contract with our provider with respect to the processing of personal data in accordance with Article 4 in conjunction with Article 28 GDPR (order data processing).


Cookies
Some internet webpages use so-called cookies. Cookies do not cause any damage to your computer and do not contain viruses. Cookies serve to make our offer user-friendlier, more effective and safer. Cookies are small text data which are resided on your computer and stored in your browser.

Server Log Files
The provider for our online offer automatically collects and stores information in so-called server log files which your browser automatically transmits. These are:

 Host name of the accessing computer
 Time of server inquiry
 IP address

An aggregation of these data with our data sources is not made.
The basis for data processing is Article 6 Section 1 lit. b GDPR which permits the processing of data for the fulfilment of a contract or pre-contractual measures.


Contact Form
If you send us inquiries per contact form we will store your details from the inquiry form including the contact details you have given for the purpose of processing the inquiry and for the case of follow-up questions. We shall not pass on these data without your consent. 
The processing of data given in the contact form is therefore exclusively carried out on the basis of your consent (Article 6 Section 1 lit. a GDPR. You can revoke your consent at any time. For this an informal communication per email to us is sufficient. The legality of data processing carried out before the cancellation remains unaffected by the cancellation.
The details which you entered on the contact form remain with us until you request that we delete them, you revoke your consent for storing them or the purpose of data retention lapses (e.g. on conclusion of processing your inquiry). Mandatory legal provisions – in particular retention periods – remain unaffected.
